Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of southsidefootclinic.com (the “Site”), operated by Southside Foot Clinic, P.C. (“Southside Foot Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about Southside Foot Clinic, our physicians, the conditions we treat, and the services we offer. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, submit false information through our forms, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to copy or scrape Site content.
No Medical Advice
Content on the Site, including descriptions of foot and ankle conditions, treatments, surgical procedures, and blog articles, is for general education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified provider. Do not delay seeking care, or stop a treatment you are on, because of something you read on the Site.
No Physician-Patient Relationship
Using the Site, submitting a form, or emailing us does not create a physician-patient relationship with Southside Foot Clinic or any of our providers. That relationship begins only after you are seen and evaluated at our office.
Medical Emergencies
The Site is not monitored for urgent requests. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, such as a serious injury, signs of a spreading infection, or loss of feeling or color in your foot, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Appointment Requests
An appointment request submitted through the Site is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until a member of our staff contacts you to confirm the date and time. Coverage and costs depend on your individual insurance plan, and any information on the Site about accepted insurance is subject to change, so please confirm with our office before your visit.
Testimonials and Results
Patient reviews and testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of those individual patients. Recovery time and results from any treatment, including surgery and regenerative therapies, vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that any patient will achieve the same outcome.
